The Forest Faerie Floral Design

On a Sunday in June, under the blazing summer sun, I spent the day creating something special with my best friend as the most beautiful bride. We wandered down a wild country path, surrounded by tall grasses and the sound of insects humming in the heat, and captured the magic of a wedding moment in nature’s own chapel.

Her lace dress and veil were perfectly complemented by the bouquet I designed – a loose, romantic arrangement filled with garden roses, spray roses, campanula, clematis, oxypetalum, peonies and delicate touches of variegated foliage. I wanted it to feel full of texture and natural, as though it had been gathered fresh from the meadow, yet still hold that sense of timeless elegance.

Despite the hot sun, we laughed our way through the shoot, and I’m so happy with the images we created together. They capture everything I love about my floral style – wild, untamed, and full of life.

Sometimes, all you need is a dear friend, a summer afternoon, and a bouquet brimming with flowers to remind you why you love what you do.
