I cover Thurrock and the surrounding areas of Ockendon, Purfleet, Tilbury, Stanford-le-hope, basildon and Brentwood.

I am available to contact Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. I provide deliveries on a Thursday and Sunday. Wednesdays I prepare your order and condition any deliveries that have come into my studio.

Yes, I do get in contact with me via my contact us page and I will get back to you within 48hrs.

All flower bouquets will be aquawrapped in fully biodegradeable cellophane, with a floral sleeve made of kraft paper and then placed into a living vase made of cardboard, also fully recyclable. The living vase will be secured with jute string or biodegradable ribbon.

Alternatively flowers can be in an eco wrap utilising biodegradeable square sponges and grease proof paper to prevent leakages. These flowers will then be wrapped in jute fabric or tissue paper.

Yes you can, just make this known by either contacting me through my contact us page or leave a message in the additional comments box on checkout. Please do make it clear that this is a personalisation and I will place this on a special card and include it in your order.

I accept paypal, credit and debit card payments. For any specific invoices for bespoke items such as a wedding quote I will aceept a bank transfer of which the details will be on the invoice you receive.

If you won’t be in when I am delivering your flowers please let me know where to leave the flowers in a safe place on your property. Alternatively, we can arrange to deliver them on a Sunday at your convinience.

Yes, you can organise for the flowers to be sent to a hospital but I ask that you check with the hospital and the ward you want to send them to, just to check to see if they will accept them.
