If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that The forest faerie floral design is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

  • We allow returns on sold products – online that don’t include fresh flowers.
  • We only accept returned goods if they are still in their original packaging and this is undamaged, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made on fresh flowers online.
  • We DO NOT accept exchanges of our products.
  • We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

For International Orders:

  • We DO NOT accept international orders at present.

Delivery Policy

Any fresh flowers ordered on our website will be delivered the follwing week due to stock being ordered in per order.

Deliveries for fresh flowers will only be made to Thurrock, Basildon, Brentwood, North and South Ockendon, Tilbury, Rainham and Purfleet within Essex.

Any online orders made on other items will be made to order and sent out within a week of reciept of that order.

Any orders involving dried flowers can be posted countrywide, these will also be made to order and sent out the week after your order.
